Sorry. I'm very busy this month because of the Tax submission for Individual Year of Assessment 2008.

I've did 3 coin pouch, a plush shopping bag and a another small bag. I'll up load soon once it is done.

Project 2 - Final result

Done... Hooray!!!

It is all about satisfactory!

Step 1

Here's my diagramme approximately what i decided to do...

KNITTED HAT

After i finish my project 1, i still have some left over yarn.

I decided to make a hat (For Beginner).

What i need or have :-

1. Dark pink & Light pink acrylic yarn, one each
2. No. 3 size knitting needle
3. Diagramme
4. Measurement tape
5. Needle
6. Card board (to make pom pom) If enough yarn

Remember, always measure your head.

Mine is 22 inchs in diametre. Wow... big head *hehe*

1 inch = 6.5 stitchs for No. 3 needle
22 inches = 143 stitches

Ok... I'll prepare the diagramme tonight...

STEP 8

Bag linen were sew into it















Zipper is sew using sewing machine. However, if you do not have a sewing machine, you may use hand.

Step 7

Strap-py strap-py strap!

After the strap is done, sew the strap onto the bag, then sew the linen into the bag.

Shopping again!

Yesterday i when shopping again.

I manage to buy Linen (pink) and a zip for my bag.

Woh ho! Almost done!

I need to prepare a diagramme for the bag linen to be sew on the bag.

I did another side of the bag and i got myself excite and tried to complete the zipper side of the bag

I wasn't sure whether the picture is clear to seen. If you can see, i make tag (Safety pin) at the zipper hole.

*** Geezzz... i need to upgrade my camera****

Step 4

Yesterday, I manage to get 8 pieces square to combine in one piece. I need to do another side.

Almost done! A lil more to go.

Just a note to all working women:-

I'm working from 9-5 as a consultant in an organisation. My time is restricted and even worst during the peaks. However, its my hobby and self satisfactory after each project is complete.

Next, I've decided to make this squarish design.

Not much hard work. I just need to prepare 16 crochet boxes.

Step 2

Now, I did the basic diagramme, approximately what I'm trying to do.

* I have the detail of the diagramme. I'm using the Japanese style of indication for easy understanding. It cost USD 2.00 per diagramme excluding shipping charges or postage charges. I will show you the sample of diagramme after this project is done.

Step 1

I brought 5 light pink and 5 dark pink acrylic yarns. It is cheap, which is only RM 1.60 per yarn. So, in total i spend RM 16.00.

However, there may be an extra yarn because i do not know how many yarn i may use.

If there is an extra yarn, we may keep it for our next project. Interesting...

Now, get back to our subject.

You need Crochet needle 4/0 and measurement tape. You just need to crochet and calculate the stitches (vertical and horizontal) equal to 1 square inch. Simple.

Thereafter, the diagramme will come in.

Project 1 - Crochet Bag

I intend to make a pink bag (Rectangle. Probably, 12-15 inches width x 2-10 inches heights)

I need to do some shopping for yarns for me to complete this project.

Let's go thru together.

Things that I need for this project :-

1. Yarns for 4/0 crochet needle (Light pink and dark pink)
2. Linen cloth (The my inner linen for bag. Has to be pink. That will come in later)
3. Zip (Pink colour. Probably 12-15 inches long, depending on my width of my bag after it is done)
4. 4/0 crochet needle
5. Measurement tape
6. Diagramme (created by me) :-)
